He has three decades of experience working with the Government of India along with key corporates in wide range of sectors including infrastructure, energy, urban development, transportation, and education & Skill development. He has been a strong advocate of using technology to democratize skill development, employment and entrepreneurship. In his role as the Managing Director of NSDC International, he is setting up a robust partner network to enhance the skills and employability of youth, during his tenure, NSDC International has already partnered with leading economies like Australia, Germany, Japan, United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Switzerland across sectors like manufacturing, hospitality, agriculture, renewable energy, and electric vehicles.

Kevin E. Baird is a global leader in accelerated human performance and workforce development. His work focuses on equitable teaching and learning practices, the development of portable international credentials for workforce mobility, and the application of Large Language Models and predictive analytics for skills assessment through conversation-based tools. Collaborating with government and business leaders worldwide, Mr. Baird drives initiatives that enhance human performance and workforce readiness, particularly in the Middle East, Africa, and Asia.
Kevin serves as a design partner for some of the world’s fastest-growing economies. He teaches graduate-level courses in trauma readiness and response, and is co-author of Whole: What Teachers Need to Help Students Thrive (Wiley, 2020) and Trust Me: Discovering Trust in a Culture of Distrust (2023). He designed the International Pathway for College & Career Readiness, focused on global skills pathways for labor mobility and migration.
Mr. Baird is a contributor to research supported by the U.S. National Science Foundation and neurobiological studies of student engagement with Dr. Paul Zak of Claremont Graduate University. His skills acceleration research spans every continent except Antarctica.
Kevin’s work in early literacy includes collaborations with Dr. Kay Stahl at the NYU Literacy Clinic to integrate foundational literacy skills into digital platforms; work with Dr. Karin Hess to develop cognitively complex, language-rich classrooms; and global leadership with NABU and the United Nations on mother-tongue literacy programs. He is currently advancing low-bandwidth streaming and AI-powered multilingual content delivery to expand educational access globally.

Prof. Anil Sahasrabudhe is the present Chairman of National Educational Technology Forum (NETF), chairman of EC National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) and Chairman NBA. Fondly called as the Bhishma of Indian Higher Education, Prof. Anil Sahasrabudhe has helmed several initiatives during his tenure with AICTE. Currently heading the NETF, Prof. Sahasrabudhe has his task cut out to boost the digital infrastructure, digital content and capacity building thereby helping NEP getting implemented in a phased manner. Prof. Anil D. Sahasrabudhe has held several important Academic, Research and Administrative positions at Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, Tata Consulting Engineers, North Eastern Regional Institute of Science and Technology (NERIST), Itanagar (Arunachal Pradesh) and IIT Guwahati. He also served as Director, College of Engineering, Pune (CoEP) since 2006 on deputation from IIT, Guwahati prior to joining as AICTE Chairman. As an academician and researcher in NERIST and IIT Guwahati, and as an administrator in the capacity of Director, CoEP, he has taken up several new initiatives for Academic, Curricular & Co-curricular activities, Entrepreneurship, Research and Good Governance.
Nikki Eatchel
Chief Assessment Office, Prometric
Nikki is Prometric's Chief Assessment Officer. With more than 25 years of knowledge and experience in comprehensive assessment design and delivery, psychometric analysis and reporting, and global testing strategy, she leads the Test Development Services consulting practice to ensure the delivery of quality assessments and psychometric services to Prometric clients and oversee the growth and innovation strategy across exam products.
Ms. Eatchel has served in executive level positions in a number of global assessment organizations. Most recently, prior to joining Prometric, she served as the Chief Learning Officer at a virtual reality organization designed to provide immersive, simulated practice and candidate evaluation for essential skills in the workplace. She is active in numerous industry associations and served as Chair of the Board for the Association of Test Publishers (ATP) in 2017, as well as chairing the ATP Security Committee from 2011-2014. She has presented over 60 papers and presentations at such conferences as the Association of Test Publishers (ATP), E-ATP, the Council of Chief State School Officers (CCSSO), the International Personnel Management Association (IPMA), the Association for Talent Development (ATD) and the Council on Licensure, Enforcement, and Regulation (CLEAR).

Madan is a purpose-driven entrepreneur who co-founded MeritTrac in 2000, India’s first skills assessment organization, which became one of the largest in the country. Acquired by Manipal Education in 2011, MeritTrac has tested over 50 million candidates. He later co-founded Head Held High Foundation, a non-profit empowering ultra-poor, school dropout youth (mainly girls) by transforming them into professionals and entrepreneurs. Head Held High operates in 100+ rural locations, impacting 25,000+ youth. Madan also founded 1Bridge, a rural commerce startup recognized in the National Startup Awards 2021, with 20,000+ village entrepreneurs delivering services across South & East India. His work has been praised by the Prime Minister of India and he envisions empowering 1 million rural entrepreneurs in the next decade.
Madan is a co-founder of the Global Alliance for Mass Entrepreneurship (GAME) and Sylvant Advisors, which has invested in 15+ education-focused startups. He serves on the Board of YuWaah/UNICEF and is the Hon. President of TiE Bangalore. A sought-after speaker, Madan has shared his ideas at TEDx, INK Conference, and the Champions of Change Conclave, and has been recognized for his contributions to social entrepreneurship.
